Stephen Gallant

Stephen Gallant, MBA, is an accomplished supply chain management professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including defense and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Management at General Dynamics since August 2023, Gallant oversees a comprehensive global supply chain to support multiple manufacturing locations and research initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Supply Chain at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems and Director of Material at Hexagon Lincoln, where Gallant developed a global supply base. Earlier career experiences also encompass managerial positions at General Dynamics and Demmer Corp., as well as a foundational role as a Senior Buyer at BAE Systems. Gallant began a career in supply chain with the US Navy as a Supply Corps Officer. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Norwich University and a BS in Natural Science from Saint Joseph's College.
