Todd Heimer

Todd Heimer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical sales, maintenance, and research. Currently serving as a Technical Maintenance specialist at General Dynamics since January 2024, Todd is also the Founder of Round and Square, a consulting firm focused on light measurement and scientific instrument calibration, established in October 2004. Previous roles include Senior Sales Manager for NKT Photonics, where responsibilities extended to New England and Quebec, and Technical Sales Manager positions at both Knight Optical (USA) LLC and Holographix LLC, contributing to significant sales growth. Todd's earlier experience includes a long tenure as Director of East US Technical Sales and Support at Gamma Scientific, Independent Research Scientist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and post-doctoral Research Scientist at NRC. Todd holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Chemistry and Math from the University of Minnesota.
