Tracy Lundquist

Tracy Lundquist is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and securities law. Currently serving as Director & Assistant General Counsel at General Dynamics since October 2022, Tracy leads legal documentation and compliance efforts. Previously, from May 2016 to September 2022, Tracy held positions at Intelsat as Associate General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel, where responsibilities included overseeing public company disclosures and navigating complex regulatory transitions. Early career roles at distinguished law firms include positions at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, focusing on securities offerings, mergers, and corporate transactions. Tracy holds a JD from New York University School of Law, alongside advanced degrees in Security Policy Studies and International Affairs from The George Washington University, and a BA from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
