Vlad Berca

Vlad Berca currently serves as the Head of Production at General Dynamics since November 2022, while simultaneously holding the position of Quality Manager at Gebauer & Griller since February 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Plant Quality Manager at Everel Group S.p.A. from June 2017 to November 2018, Supplier Quality Manager at HELLA between May 2016 and June 2017, and Process Quality Leader at Federal-Mogul Motorparts from August 2015 to May 2016, along with a similar role at Pirelli from October 2006 to July 2015. Vlad Berca holds a Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Telecommunications Engineering from Facultatea de Economie si Administrarea Afacerilor, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
