Yolanda Moore

Yolanda Moore serves as the Staff Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion at General Dynamics Corporation, bringing extensive experience in human resources and administration within the organization. Previously, Yolanda held various leadership roles at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Administration and Director of Ethics for the OTS Business Unit, as well as Senior Director of Human Resources and Administration for the Precision Systems SBU. Yolanda's career began with a focus on human resources, demonstrated through the role of Director of Human Resources and Administration for Garland Operations. Yolanda earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas in 1993.
