Chieh Chang

Chieh Chang is an experienced project manager with over 10 years in site management, quality management, and interface management across multiple mega projects, including power plants and railway systems. Having worked with companies such as GE, CTCI, and Alstom Power, Chieh has developed strong skills in communication, analytical problem-solving, and leadership. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and currently serve as a project quality manager at GE.
