Doug Sutter

Doug Sutter is a Program Manager at ABB, specializing in the integration of manufacturing sites and real estate operations. Since 2012, they have managed significant restructuring efforts that included over 20 facility closures and the construction of two global Centers of Excellence. With a robust background in program and project management at GE, Doug successfully led multiple initiatives that improved operational efficiency and reduced costs. Doug also brings 22 years of military experience, including advisory roles in Iraq, where they implemented quality management systems across Army divisions. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and are currently pursuing a Master's of Science in Management from North Carolina State University.
