Frank Kottkamp

Frank Kottkamp has extensive experience in the wind energy sector, beginning with an apprenticeship and electrician role at Weck Glaswerke from August 1989 to February 1993. Following this, Frank worked at Enron Wind / GE Wind Energy as a Quality Inspector from October 1997 to September 2002. After a series of roles at GE Wind Energy, including Project Manager and Manager of the Top Issues program in Europe, Frank was responsible for leading teams to implement systematic improvements across various functions. Frank also held positions as Senior Top Issues Manager EMEA and Project Manager for Quality Manufacturing, focusing on quality management systems in manufacturing, including a significant project in Shenyang, China.
