Eric held roles such as Senior Engineer at ABB CHINA and Field Service Representative at Forney Corporation, where responsibilities included installation, commissioning, and project coordination. At GE, Eric progressed through various positions, including Project Manager Director at GE Renewable China and Senior Project Manager at GE, overseeing large teams and ensuring operational efficiency in wind energy projects across Asia.
