Jon Rodgers

Jon Rodgers is an experienced operations manager currently serving as the Lead Operations Manager at GE since December 2011, where responsibilities include leading subcontractors in locomotive repairs to ensure quality and timely delivery. Prior to this role, Jon worked as a Process Engineer and Shop Manager at Kold Draft from August 2010 to December 2011, creating detailed work instructions to enhance operational efficiency and collaborating with management to meet customer delivery requirements. Jon's engineering career began at GE Transportation from October 2007 to August 2010, and before entering the engineering field, Jon served in the US Army from May 2004 to September 2007 as a Rifleman and Radio Telephone Operator in a special operations unit with multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completed in 2004.
