Lawrence Kool

Lawrence Kool is a Senior Research Scientist at GE Research, where they conduct research on high-temperature materials relevant to aviation, power generation, and automotive industries. They have extensive expertise in advanced coatings, catalysis, and chemical processes. Prior to their current role, Kool served as an Assistant Professor at Boston College and held positions at KMS Fusion and General Electric Company. Kool earned multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Organometallic Chemistry and Organic Chemistry from Universitaet Bayreth and the University of Massachusetts, respectively.
