Michael Spohn

Michael Spohn is the Head of Construction & Commissioning Management at GE, a position held since 2015, where they oversee the management of steam turbogroups and auxiliary systems in fossil new build projects and integrated retrofits. Prior to this role, Michael served as the Head of Construction & Commissioning Management at Alstom Power from 2012 to 2015, after starting as a Commissioning Project Manager and later a steam turbine commissioning engineer. With global experience that includes three years in the USA and two years in China, they have a proven track record in meeting challenging project deadlines and training customers on operational equipment.
