Robert Bailey possesses extensive experience in the engineering and customer service fields, with a notable current role as Lead Customer Service Management Specialist at Baker Hughes since October 2019. Prior to this, Robert held the position of Lead Field Engineer at GE and Operations Lead at Baker Hughes, a GE company, both since November 2001. Additionally, Robert worked as an electronics technician at Frymaster from October 1998 to October 2001 and served as an Air Traffic Control Radar Technician in the United States Air Force from January 1989 to August 1992. Academically, Robert holds a Master's degree in Counseling and Guidance from Louisiana Tech University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from the same institution, alongside additional education at Louisiana State University at Alexandria and the Community College of the Air Force. Robert is a graduate of Pineville High School.
