Steve Ritter is an accomplished service leader and project manager with extensive experience in the mining and digital technology sectors. Prior to this role, Steve held key positions at Ampcontrol, where responsibilities included establishing a centralized Customer Service Centre and managing strategic projects. Earlier work experience includes roles at Banlaw Pty Ltd, Primatec QDA, and a lengthy tenure at Honeywell Process Solutions, spanning various managerial and technical positions. Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management and Industrial Marketing from the University of Newcastle, along with multiple engineering certifications from TAFE NSW.
