Stuart Richardson

Stuart Richardson, P.E. is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the nuclear power sector. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at GE since August 2023, Stuart specializes in Balance of Plant Mechanical Engineering for the BWRX-300 plant design. Prior roles include Senior Engineer positions at Constellation and Exelon, where responsibilities encompassed Distributed Energy Resources and Capacity Planning. Previously, Stuart held senior positions at Demark Inc, PSEG, and Westinghouse Electric Company, leading significant projects such as the Feedwater Heater Replacement project while demonstrating expertise in configuration control modifications and nuclear power component replacements. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree equivalent in Nuclear Engineering from the Navy Nuclear Power School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
