Stephen Cavell

Senior Vice President, Regional Manager at General Informatics

Stephen Cavell has been in the customer success and sales industry for over a decade. In 2008, they began their career as a Sales Consultant at Alltel Communications. The following year, they moved to Verizon Communications and held the same position. In 2010, they joined TraceSecurity as a Business Development Manager. Three years later, they were promoted to Customer Sales & Channel Sales Manager. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Hoopla Software as a Customer Success Manager. Most recently, they were hired by General Informatics as Senior Vice President, Regional Manager and Director of Customer Success Management.

Stephen Cavell attended Catholic High School of Baton Rouge from 1998 to 2002, and earned a Highschool Diploma. Stephen then attended LSUA and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General. In April 2017, Stephen Cavell obtained a Python Data Structures certification from Coursera Course Certificates. In May 2022, they obtained a Google Ads Search Certification from Louisiana State University-Alexandria.
