Eric Kangas has extensive experience in customer success and sales, currently serving as a Customer Success Account Manager at Microsoft since December 2021. In addition to this role, Eric has been the Director of Government Sales at General Microsystems Inc. (GMI) since August 2018. Prior to these positions, Eric spent over 15 years at Ricoh USA, Inc. as a Major Account Executive. Eric holds a degree from Washington State University, completed between 1996 and 2001.
