Alan Cheng

Alan Cheng, MBA, currently serves as the Associate Finance Manager for Indirect Sourcing & Working Capital at General Mills since May 2024. Prior to this, Alan held the role of Supply Chain Manager at Padagis LLC, managing the external manufacturing of over 100 products across various Contract Manufacturing Organizations. Alan's experience at Best Buy included positions such as Vendor Collaboration Planner and Senior Demand Planning Analyst, where significant contributions were made to supply chain analytics and inventory management for multi-billion-dollar categories. Earlier roles at Target focused on merchandise and managed care, achieving substantial cost mitigations and maintaining strategic supplier relationships. Alan holds an MBA in Finance from Hamline University and a BA in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
