Heather Saffer is an accomplished entrepreneur and author with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently, Saffer serves as Co-Founder of G-Works Venture Studio at General Mills, Entrepreneur in Residence at Launch NY, and Business Advisor at multiple Small Business Development Centers, including Indiana and Sonoma. As Co-Founder of Yonderplate, Inc. and an Entrepreneur in Residence at Food Foundry, Saffer actively supports innovative startups in food. Saffer is also a published author with multiple titles, including vegan and gluten-free dessert recipes with Sterling Publishing and a collection of frosting recipes with Simon & Schuster. Saffer holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from SUNY Brockport.
