Jon Firebaugh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Product Design and Chief of Staff to the CITQO at General Mills since April 2006. Firebaugh leads a global organization dedicated to modern experimentation and exceptional consumer experiences, overseeing three pillars: Experimentation Labs, Product Guidance & Insights, and ITQ Strategy & Operations. Prior roles at General Mills included directing the Innovation, Technology & Quality efforts in Latin America, managing R&D strategy in China, and driving product commercialization within the Baking sector. Firebaugh's earlier career includes roles at Pfizer as a Validation Specialist and a Research Assistant for the Northern Ireland Government. Firebaugh holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from North Carolina State University.
