Jon Firebaugh

Jon Firebaugh is an experienced leader in product design and innovation, with a proven track record at General Mills from November 2015 to January 2023. As Senior Director of Global Product Design and Chief of Staff to the CITQO, Jon spearheaded global initiatives focused on experimentation and enhancing consumer experiences across multiple brands. Previously, as Director of Innovation, Technology & Quality in Latin America, Jon managed a team of over 55 professionals to ensure technological excellence across R&D and quality processes. In earlier roles, Jon led R&D strategy for General Mills in China and worked on validation processes at Pfizer. Jon holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from North Carolina State University.
