Jonathan Ness is a strategic and transformational executive with 25 years of leadership experience, including significant roles in finance and military service. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Supply Chain Strategy and Finance at General Mills, Jonathan previously held various finance director positions within the company and served as Commission Chairman for Delano Municipal Utilities from 2009 to 2019. Jonathan’s military background includes serving as a captain and branch chief in the U.S. Air Force, where they honed their leadership skills. They hold a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from South Dakota State University.
