Julia Rodd

Julia Rodd has been a Lead Data Scientist at General Mills since October 2023. Prior to that, Julia held similar positions at Securian Financial where Julia also served as a Senior Data Scientist. Julia has a Master of Science in Data Science from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from St. Olaf College. Julia has extensive experience in building rapport with sales divisions, leading the design and development of analytics solutions, and providing work direction and feedback to teams of analysts. Julia has presented at various internal analytics forums and has actively participated in the hiring process for multiple associates in their roles. Additionally, Julia has experience in technology leadership programs and project analysis roles.
