Libby Evans

Libby Evans is a Packaging Engineer II at General Mills since January 2021, with a focus on foodservice packaging for frozen baked goods and dough, as well as product development for dry mix and frozen baked goods. Previously, Libby held the role of Packaging Engineer at General Mills, working on custom packaging for retail frozen breakfast and foodservice restaurant accounts.
