Ryan Eick

Ryan Eick is a seasoned professional in the consumer packaged goods industry with a significant tenure at General Mills, where Ryan has held various leadership positions since July 2013. As the Business Unit Director for the Fruit and Salty Snacks portfolio, Ryan oversees a P&L responsibility of $1.4 billion. Ryan's experience also includes driving performance marketing initiatives across the enterprise and serving in interim roles such as Business Unit Director for Pizza & Cookies. Prior to General Mills, Ryan gained strategic experience as an MBA intern at Best Buy and worked as an Associate and Analyst at Spencer Stuart. Ryan holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
