Currently serving as a Senior Associate Brand Manager at General Mills since September 2025, Tom has previously held senior marketing roles at Flagstone Foods and has been a Brand Manager at UNFI, overseeing multiple conventional brands. Tom’s past experience includes pivotal roles at Jack Link's Protein Snacks, where success standards for product execution were established, and as Co-Owner and Marketing Director at nomi Snacks, where a community kitchen start-up expanded into a national brand. With a solid foundation in project management and publishing, Tom has also completed an MBA from St. Cloud State University and a BA in Asian Languages and Literature and Statistics from the University of Minnesota.
