Xia Liu is a seasoned food scientist with extensive experience in product development and innovation within the food industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Principal Scientist at General Mills since 2016, Xia Liu has previously held the position of Principal Scientist at Cereal Partners Worldwide from 2005 to 2015 and worked as a Scientist at General Mills from 1997 to 2005. Xia Liu holds a Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from The Ohio State University, along with a BS and MS in Microbiology from Nankai University.
