Devika Ahuja

Devika Ahuja, MBA (HR), PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, having worked with notable companies such as Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Magic Software Inc., AMD, General Motors, and Stanford Health Care. Starting as a Software Engineer Intern and progressing to roles such as Senior Employee Relations Partner and Human Resource Business Partner, Devika has demonstrated expertise in onboarding, recruitment, and retention processes, as well as employee relations. Key contributions include the creation of an employee handbook and the design of an online assessment center at Ernst & Young which achieved significant cost savings. Devika holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Manav Rachna College of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University.
