Currently serving as a Facility Coordinator for General Physician, P.C. since January 2024, Timothy also operates Schultz Assembly Services, focusing on furniture and fitness equipment assembly and repair. Previously, Timothy held key roles such as Senior Assistant Facilities Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, and Director of Athletic Facilities at Manhattan College, managing comprehensive operations, staff oversight, and event management for athletic facilities. Timothy's earlier positions include Athletic Facility Manager at St. John Fisher College and various roles in academic and operational capacities at Niagara University and Alfred University, supported by an MBA and a BBA in Marketing from Alfred University.
