Steven Haley

Steven Haley is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in engineering and equipment operation. At GP Companies, Inc., since March 2019, Steven has managed mechanical and manufacturing engineering tasks for aluminum rail systems, including design and process improvement. Previous roles include Mechanical Engineer at THE DECK STORE, where Steven designed and built an automatic hole punching machine. Earlier experience includes operating as a CDL Driver and Equipment Operator at The Deck & Door Company and Haley Transportation, where responsibilities included customer communication, material handling, and maintenance tasks. Steven's career began in HVAC and fireplace installation, where technical skills and system design expertise were developed. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Integrated Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
