As the Assistant Plant Manager, they oversaw the production of millions of units per year and managed capital projects. In their role as Plant Manager, Andy was responsible for the daily operations of the manufacturing plant in Ontario, Canada, which had approximately 145 employees. Andy collaborated with various department heads to ensure efficient and safe plant operations.

After several years of experience as a Plant Manager, Andy transitioned to corporate roles at General Shale. Andy served as the Corporate Development Manager and was later promoted to Vice President of Sales for Pipelife Jet Stream, Inc. In their most recent role as Chief Operating Officer, Andy was responsible for overseeing the overall operations of General Shale.

Andy Hall earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics and Political Science from East Tennessee State University, which they attended from 1990 to 1995.
