Adam Duczmal has accumulated extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Menadżer Sprzedaży at Generali since November 2019, with a focus on agricultural, property, and life insurance. Prior to this, Adam held various positions at Concordia Ubezpieczenia from October 2010 to November 2019, starting as a Referent and Coordinator for print logistics, eventually advancing to Menadżer sprzedaży and Asystent ds. wsparcia sprzedaży. Adam began a career in hospitality at The Swan at Tetsworth in January 2007, progressing from Kitchen Porter to Waiter, and culminating as Assistant Manager before transitioning to the insurance sector.
