Cesar Frias

Cesar Frias is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in product ownership and program management. Since October 2008, Cesar has served as an IT Product Owner at Generali, demonstrating expertise in managing product development and delivery. Prior to this role, Cesar held positions as IT Program Manager and Analista programador at Mutual Flequera de Catalunya from February 2002 to October 2008. Cesar obtained a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya between 1992 and 1996.
