Daniele Rainone

Daniele Rainone is a Risk and Transformation Leader with extensive experience in non-financial risk, process management, and organizational design. Currently serving as the Head of Operations Design at Generali, Daniele has a rich background in operational risk management and has contributed to the development of frameworks for managing risks across multiple business units. Prior to this role, Daniele held significant positions at Generali, including leading operational change initiatives and managing teams focused on risk assessment and compliance. Early in their career, Daniele gained experience as an SAP Consultant during an internship at Fincons Group and as a Business Analyst at Ernst & Young.
