Davide Gilli is an experienced professional in the insurance and financial services industries, currently serving as Head of GC&CI Multinational Program Development at Generali since July 2023. Gilli's career began as a Property Underwriter at Royal Insurance Company from 1990 to 1993, followed by a 14-year tenure at Willis as Network Country Manager, where responsibilities included managing multinational client needs and developing new business strategies. Gilli later held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing for Italy at XL Catlin from 2007 to 2017, and subsequently took on the role of Partner Development Director for the Specialty Lines Division at Cattolica Assicurazioni until January 2024.
