Emma Ursich serves as the CEO of The Human Safety Net and the Group Head of Corporate Identity for Generali. With over twenty years of experience in reputation management and community engagement, Emma has championed the strategic philanthropy of Generali through initiatives focused on social impact and mobility. Emma holds a BA and MA in Oriental Studies from the University of Oxford, and actively participates as a board member in various organizations. Currently, Emma is also engaged in leadership programs at MIT Sloan School of Management and the Harvard Kennedy School.
