Francesco Drigo [戴智高] has extensive experience in sustainable investment and governance, currently serving in the role of Active Ownership at Generali since February 2020, where responsibilities include engaging with investee issuers and managing proxy voting. Prior to this position, Francesco held various roles at Generali Investments from 2015 to 2020, including Head of Proxy Voting and Head of Processes, overseeing the proxy voting process and reviewing investment procedures. Francesco's legal expertise was developed during a tenure at Generali's Capital Markets In-House Legal division (2008-2014) as well as an associate role at Clyde & Co (2007-2008). Academic contributions include lecturing on comparative law and economic analysis at the University of Trieste, alongside earlier roles in law firms and an internship focused on legal aspects of software licensing.
