Frederic Germain

Frederic Germain currently serves as Chief Audit Executive for Generali France and Europ Assistance Group since July 2021. Prior to this role, Frederic held significant positions at AXA, including Head of Finance and Performance Management for AXA International, where oversight included mature and emerging markets across multiple regions, as well as serving as Head of Financial Controlling, Strategic Planning, and Tax for AXA MedLA and AXA EMEA LATAM. Frederic’s experience also includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for AXA Assurance Maroc, where responsibilities encompassed Finance, Investments, and Risk Management, and leading strategic planning efforts for AXA en France. Earlier roles include consulting and project management within the AXA Group, as well as tenure at Renault and PwC in various financial capacities. Frederic is an HEC Paris alumnus, graduating in 1998.
