Jiri Herman

Jiri Herman is the Head of Operations for Investment Portfolio Planning & Reporting at Generali, where they lead the Risk functions of the CEE Investment and Asset Management Business Unit and manage financial and credit risks across Austria, CEE, and Russia. Previously, Jiri held several key roles at Generali, including Head of Risk and Head of Financial and Credit Risks, where they implemented robust risk management systems and provided strategic support to top management. Jiri began their career as a Risk Manager at Ceska pojistovna, where they focused on pricing financial instruments and developing risk models. They hold a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Charles University, earned in 2007.
