Luca Veghini

Luca Veghini is the Global Head of Audit Operations, Methodology and Excellence at Generali, serving since July 2018 and reporting directly to the Group Chief Audit Officer while being a member of the Group Audit Leadership Team. Prior to this role, Luca held positions such as Head of Group Audit Methodology, Strategy and Audit Support at UBI Banca and Senior Manager at KPMG Advisory, where responsibilities included audit management, methodology, and stakeholder relationship management for various consulting projects. Early career experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst at Merrill Lynch San Diego and in administration and accounting at LARIBIT. Luca's educational background features an Executive Master in Technology, Management & Innovation from École Polytechnique, a Design Thinking and Innovation certificate from Harvard Business School Online, and a Master's Degree in Business Management from Università degli Studi di Verona.
