Maddalena Silli

Maddalena Silli is the Head of Group Internal Regulations and GGC Governance at Generali. They began their career as an R&D Assistant at Evolaris in 2003 and later worked as a Researcher at the Università degli Studi di Trieste in 2006. Maddalena progressed through various roles at Generali, serving as a Senior Project Manager and then taking on leadership positions in GGC Governance. They hold a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Trieste and completed additional research work at Boston University.
