Manu Rubio

Manu Rubio is currently an Incident & Problem Process Manager at Generali, having taken on this role in 2024. Previously, Manu served as an Incident & Problem Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 2014 to 2023. With extensive experience in systems management, Manu held various managerial positions at Grupo Liberty Seguros España between 2001 and 2003 and was responsible for systems at The Hartford from 1999 to 2001. Manu began their career as a Systems Administrator and Project Management professional at Robotiker from 1990 to 1999, after earning a Licentiate degree in Administration with a focus on systems and communications from Universidad de Deusto from 1984 to 1989.
