Massimo R. is an integrated thinking evangelist currently serving as the Head of Group Integrated Reporting at Generali Group. Since joining the company in 1996, Massimo has transformed the financial reporting landscape, having led significant initiatives such as Solvency II Pillar III and the implementation of IFRS 17/9. They are also an adjunct faculty member at MIB Trieste School of Management, teaching integrated reporting. Massimo graduated summa cum laude in Economics from Trieste University in 1994 and became a Chartered Accountant in 1996. Currently, they are a member of the Advisory Board at the Center for Corporate Reporting.
