Michele Carmina

Michele Carmina is an accomplished professional in the field of digital technologies and transformation, currently serving as the Head of Group Digital Technologies and Head of Group Data & Digital at Generali since November 2016. In February 2023, Michele began a new role as Head of Global Digital Factory at GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform. Prior to this, Michele held several leadership positions at UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions from May 2012 to October 2016, including Head of Omnichannels PL and Head of Internet and Direct Channels. Michele's career began at Accenture, where a tenure as Senior Manager spanned from February 2002 to May 2012. Academically, Michele holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Università degli Studi di Brescia, completed between 1996 and 2001.
