Michele Golinelli has extensive legal experience in corporate law, particularly in M&A, private equity, and capital markets. Since June 2019, Michele has been serving as Legal Counsel in Group Strategic Legal Affairs at Generali, following a role as Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to this, Michele was an Associate at Latham & Watkins from January 2015 to November 2019, and also gained experience as a Trainee at Lombardi Molinari Segni from October 2012 to December 2014. Michele holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business and Commercial Law from King's College London (2012) and a Doctor of Law (JD) cum laude from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna (2012). Michele became a member of the Italian Bar in 2015.
