Michele Rendine

Michele graduated in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (2001) and holds a Master in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago (2001) and a Master in Business Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles (2006).

In 2002 Michele joined McKinsey, where he focused mainly on in the Insurance sector and developed a wide experience working on transformational projects for major multinational Groups. In 2012 he joined Poste Assicura – Gruppo Assicurativo Poste Vita as responsible for the P&C business development.

In 2015 Michele joined the Strategy & Business Accelerator department of Generali. In 2017 he was appointed Group Head of Business Accelerator, responsible for the implementation of the Generali strategic initiatives at Group level.

In July 2021 Michele was appointed Head of Group Life & Health Insurance.
