Currently serving as the Head of Casualty & Financial Lines Claims at Generali since June 2022, Michelle has previously held the position of Senior Claims Analyst, along with extensive experience as a Senior Technical Claims Specialist at CNA Insurance from September 2005 to June 2022. Michelle specializes in Financial & Professional Lines claims, including Financial Institutions, Directors & Officers, Professional Indemnity, and Commercial Crime.
