Monica Bastiani

Monica Bastiani is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Head of People Care & DEI at Generali Head Office since June 2019. In this role, Monica is tasked with attracting, retaining, and developing a diverse leadership pipeline, as well as overseeing senior talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, employer branding, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Monica's previous positions include HR Director for Central Europe & Italy at The Coca-Cola Company, where responsibilities encompassed people strategy development and managing organizational changes, and Global HR Ventures & Acquisition Manager at Accenture, focusing on merger and acquisition integration. Monica’s extensive experience is further supported by earlier roles at Accenture, where Monica contributed to human capital strategy and recruiting efforts.
