Monica Goran

Monica Goran is a seasoned professional in community development and financial consulting. They served as a senior trainer and financial consultant at INTERAMERICAN from 2001 to 2005 and held the position of regional director at Generali in 2008. Monica's earlier roles include community facilitator and specialist at Fondul Roman de Dezvoltare Sociala and Asociatia Romana de Dezvoltare Comunitara from 1997 to 2001. They hold a master's degree in Management in Social Assistance and Health from the Facultatea de Teologie Ortodoxa, Universitatea Pitesti, and have completed postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management at IRECSON. Monica also earned a degree in Sociology/Psychology from Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București.
