Norbert Bilek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regional COO management and business transformation. Since January 2019, Norbert has served as the Regional Head of COO for Austria, CEE, and Russia at Generali, overseeing regional COO management and leading the Digitalization and Innovation Program for the ACEER Region.
