Patricia Bailly

Patricia Bailly has extensive experience in finance and internal control, having worked at Generali since 2001 in various managerial roles, currently serving as Finance Internal Control Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting risk, implementing non-financial information internal controls, and managing finance internal control processes. Previously, as Finance Project Manager, Patricia led the Genesi project and initiatives related to financial closing and SAP evolution. Additionally, Patricia served as Consolidation Department Manager, focusing on IFRS consolidated financial indicators, financial consolidation tools, and communication of reporting packages. Prior to Generali, Patricia was the Consolidation Department Manager at AGF, managing Allianz's consolidated accounts, and began a career as an auditor in an audit firm from 1985 to 1989. Patricia holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, earned between 1980 and 1985.
